Colourful decorative bowl with paisley patter, Studio pottery, Stoneware rainbow bowl, Pottery centre piece

This unique and highly decorative bowl would make a stunning centre piece on a coffee table or sideboard. It’s handmade with stoneware clay fired to 1200°C. The outside is imprinted with a flowery Paisley pattern from Indian wooden stamps and glazed in blue and pale turquoise. A rainbow of beautiful glazes adorn the inside. One of a kind! Note that because of the nature of some of the glazes it is not food safe. Diameter: about 22 cm at top and 11 cm at base. Depth: 8 cm Process: This bowl is made from a slab of clay rolled with a rolling pin and shaped over a mould. Designed and handmade in the UK by Marion Walsh.
